- Cancellation 15 days before the tour dates applies a 100% refund.
- Cancellations 1 week before the date of the tour only apply as a 50% of the refund.
- If you cancel your activity between 6 or 2 days before the day of the tour, NO refund will apply but, you may change the date if you wish within 6 months.
- Any reservation that doesn’t arrive on the day of the tour at the agreed time will apply as NO SHOW and no refund will be made.
- Minimum age to participate: Are starting at 10 years old, with good physical condition.
- For safety reasons, the tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
